Kast and Zapier: what works for now

Better to say it before you build a Zap: Kast has no Zapier app, no public API and no outgoing webhook today. No Kast trigger shows up in Zapier, and there's no key to generate in settings. What exists to get your leads out: CSV export, and direct sending to Instantly, Lemlist, Waalaxy or Gojiberry.

What the integration does

01

What doesn't exist

No Kast app in the Zapier directory, no "post published" or "new lead" trigger, no API key to copy. A Zap that starts from Kast has nothing to connect to.

02

CSV export does exist

Two formats: one for email tools, with identity, email, phone and scores; one for LinkedIn tools, with the profile URL, the original comment, the source post and a suggested opener.

03

Direct sending, for four tools

Instantly, Lemlist, Waalaxy and Gojiberry receive leads from Kast, using your own API key. For those four, Zapier would add nothing.

How to connect it

1

First check whether your tool is already supported

Instantly, Lemlist, Waalaxy and Gojiberry connect in Settings › Platforms, with the provider's key. It's instant and goes through no middleman.

2

Otherwise, use CSV export

You export from the Leads screen and import into your tool. It's manual, and it will stay that way until a trigger exists.

3

Tell us which one you're missing

We're not announcing a date, because we don't know it. Knowing which event you're waiting for, post published or lead scored, is what will decide the order.

Frequently asked questions

No. Without an outgoing webhook or a public API, Zapier has no way of knowing a post went out. The only automated way out of Kast today is sending to Instantly, Lemlist, Waalaxy or Gojiberry.
Not through Zapier. The score works as a filter inside Kast: leads that reach 70 are offered for transfer. It's also a column in the CSV export, where your tool can read it.
