The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month, no reason needed.

A button in billing settings opens your order page at SquidLane, which handles payments for us: that's where you confirm the cancellation. No call, no letter, no support request.

Annual by choice, not by force
The annual discount exists, but it stays optional. We don't make the monthly plan worse to push you there.

No, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
It isn't refunded pro rata, and we tell you before you buy, not after. It's written in article 8 of our terms of sale, and it's why we recommend starting monthly.
