Everything affiliates ask before they start.
Each commission stays pending for 30 days after your referral pays, to cover the refund window, then it moves to "confirmed". The team then sends a bank transfer to the IBAN you enter in your affiliate dashboard: no PayPal account to open, no minimum threshold to reach. Without an IBAN on file, no transfer can go out.
We track your link for 30 days: if the person subscribes within that window, they're credited to you. After that you earn 30% every month for as long as they stay a customer.
A referral shows up in your affiliate dashboard when they start a subscription, trial included. Simply creating a free account isn't tracked. The commission only shows up after their first successful charge. If something looks off, contact support: we reply in <4 h.
