Kast vs Waalaxy: automating outreach or getting read

Prices checked on September 23, 2026 at waalaxy.com/fr/tarifs.

Waalaxy is the most widely installed French LinkedIn outreach tool. It sends invitations, follow-up messages and sequences mixing LinkedIn and email, from a Chrome extension. Their pricing page lists 19 € per user per month for the entry plan and 49 € for the plan above, with a fourteen-day trial.

Kast does none of that, and never will. Yet the two tools work on the same chain.

Two ends of the same chain

Waalaxy solves the sending problem: how to reach two hundred people this week without spending your days on it.

Kast solves the problem that comes before: who to write to, and why that person would reply.

You publish a post. You paste its URL into Kast. You get the list of people who liked or commented, with their job title and company. You filter the ones that match your target, export to Lemlist, Instantly or a file, and you write to them.

The risk we won't make you take

Any tool that sends invitations or messages from your account acts under your identity. LinkedIn caps volumes, detects automated behavior and restricts accounts that go over. Waalaxy manages that risk with quotas and a safe mode, and manages it well.

We chose to stay out of it. Kast doesn't follow anyone, invite anyone, comment on anything or send any DMs. Your account stays yours.

Why lists are cold, and how to fix it

A sequence sent to a list pulled from a Sales Navigator search starts with an unknown: the recipient has never heard of you. So the first message has to do everything: introduce you, prove it, make the offer.

A sequence sent to people who commented on your post last week starts differently. You can write what you actually saw: "you reacted to my post about free discovery calls". The reply rate of an outbound sequence changes when the recipient recognizes your name.

Three real-world situations

A sales team that needs to fill a calendar next month.

Waalaxy. Content won't produce anything in three weeks.

A consultant who sells expertise and whose name is the selling point.

Kast, and possibly an outbound sequence fed by the engagement on their posts.

An agency that does both.

The classic combo: post to get known, capture the people who engage, send them into the sequence. Both subscriptions are worth it.

Frequently asked questions

No. We don't send anything.
Export goes to Lemlist, Instantly or CSV. A CSV file can then be imported into most tools, Waalaxy included.
Yes, from the URL of a public post.
A post's public engagement is visible to everyone. Using it to write to people yourself in a professional context is different from scraping an entire network. For email, compliance remains the sender's responsibility, as with any outbound campaign.

Making the call

Choose Waalaxy if you need to reach a lot of people fast.

Choose Kast if you want the people you contact to already know you.

The simplest way is still to compare for yourself.
