Where your data goes, and what we don't do with it
A tool that reads your drafts and pulls in engagement on your posts handles personal data: yours, and that of the people who comment. Here's what you can verify, rather than what sounds reassuring.
Sound familiar?
You don't know whether your drafts are used to train a model
You don't know where your leads' data is hosted
Your DPO wants written answers before approving the tool
How it works with us
01
One host, named
Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany, for both the app and the database, on a server located in the European Union. We don't claim any certification: our host's certifications are theirs, not ours.
02
What's encrypted, and what isn't
HTTPS across the whole site, TLS required for database connections, OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored. It isn't end-to-end encryption: we can read your drafts, and that's exactly what lets us score them.
03
What gets purged, and when
Technical collection logs expire after 72 hours, audience measurement data after 400 days, and deleting an account erases its data immediately, in cascade. The retention period for leads you haven't contacted isn't set yet: we'd rather say so than announce a number the code doesn't enforce.
Frequently asked questions
No. Your drafts are used to answer you, not to train a model shared with other customers.
The hosting is: the app and the database run at Hetzner, in the European Union. Not everything stays there, though, and we'd rather say so before your DPO finds out: some subprocessors are outside the EU, including the AI models that review your posts and the tool that sends our emails. These transfers are covered by those providers' contractual clauses. If your organization requires everything to stay in Europe, AI included, talk to us before you subscribe: we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet that requirement.
